The Fears Watch Company is seeking a dedicated Watch Assembly Technician to join the Operations Department at the Bristol head office.
You will assemble watches, support workshop operations, prepare build kits, manage component stock and ensure quality control throughout the assembly process.
Role reports to the Operations Manager and requires attention to detail, dexterity with small parts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
