Our expert designers and in-house creative team continually evolve our designs and introduce new concepts to create exceptional kitchens and bedrooms tailored to a wide range of styles and preferences.

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen & Bedroom Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid position, based primarily at our Newry showroom and office, with the flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week. Home-working arrangements will be agreed in line with business needs and can be used flexibly throughout the working year. You will be responsible for designing bespoke kitchens and bedrooms, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing projects from initial consultation through to completion. The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of projects, working to budgets and deadlines, and building strong relationships with clients throughout the design journey.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and attend site visits with clients and contractors.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Create detailed and complex CAD drawings.
  • Prepare and issue quotations for projects.
  • Process orders and manage delivery schedules.
  • Produce accurate manufacturing drawings and work closely with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities and leads.
  • Manage projects from concept through to installation and completion.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Kitchen & Bedroom Design.
  • Proficiency in CAD design software.
  • Experience using sales quotation software.
  • Full clean UK driving licence essential, ideally with access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Good understanding of current kitchen, bedroom, and interior design trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
