Currently fully remote but in 2024 we return to our new office and the role will be fully onsite.

The Role
We’re looking for a super organised EA to join our Operations Team and play an instrumental part in the day-to-day smooth running and providing EA support to our executive team. Our dream candidate is passionate about people and culture, proactive, organised and is focused on delivery and continuous improvement. This role reports to our Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
- Executive assistant to CEO and COO: Manage professional scheduling for Executive leadership team, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the Executive leadership team.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
- Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database.
- Provide operational support across the business where needed.
Skills & Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential or otherwise sensitive information.

- Ability to balance numerous projects and priorities effectively.
