We’re looking for a super organised EA to join our Operations Team and play an instrumental part in the day-to-day smooth running and providing EA support to our executive team. Executive assistant to CEO and COO: Manage professional scheduling for Executive leadership team, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the Executive leadership team Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database Creative thinking and problem solving Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and/or the Microsoft Office suite Ability to balance numerous projects and priorities effectively Diversity No matter who you are, where you’re from, who you love, follow in faith, disability (or superpower) status, ethnicity or the gender you identify with, you're welcome at Fearless.
