We’re looking for a Content Producer to join a busy PR agency working across beauty, wellbeing and lifestyle brands. This is an apprenticeship for someone with a genuine interest in PR, media and content creation, who’s keen to learn how creative digital content supports press activity, campaigns and brand storytelling in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll work across multiple client accounts, supporting PR teams with content creation, media assets, campaign delivery and live digital activity, while completing a Broadcast Media Level 3 apprenticeship alongside the role.

The role

Working closely with the senior PR team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across account support, media activity and content production, building strong foundations in communications, media relations and digital delivery. You’ll be involved in both the creative and practical side of PR, from turning campaign moments into social content, to supporting media monitoring, reporting and live activations.

What you’ll be doing

  • PR account & campaign support
    • Supporting the day-to-day running of client accounts with guidance from the senior team
    • Assisting with press activity through content creation, asset preparation and campaign support
    • Helping teams respond to media opportunities with timely, relevant content
    • Proactively contributing ideas aligned with media trends, awareness days and PR moments
  • Media handling & content delivery
    • Supporting the organisation, preparation and management of video and media assets for PR campaigns
    • Processing long-form content (events, interviews, podcasts, webinars) into usable formats for press, social and digital channels
    • Ensuring all content is correctly formatted, labelled, stored and ready for delivery
    • Learning how different platforms, publications and channels handle content
  • Social & content creation
    • Creating and editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
    • Supporting the creation of written content including captions, social copy and campaign messaging
    • Helping maintain content schedules across multiple client channels
    • Ensuring brand tone, messaging and creative quality align with wider PR strategy
  • Live & near-live PR activity
    • Assisting with the setup and delivery of live or recorded content such as webinars, launches and virtual events
    • Carrying out basic technical checks (audio, video, captions, uploads)
    • Supporting post-event content processing and redistribution for media and social use
  • Media monitoring & reporting
    • Supporting media and content monitoring across platforms
    • Tracking content delivery, coverage and performance
    • Helping prepare basic reports for internal teams and clients
    • Learning how reporting and analytics inform PR strategy and decision-making

What we’re looking for

You don’t need formal experience, interest, attitude and curiosity matter most. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are interested in PR, media, content and digital communications
  • Enjoy writing, creating and contributing ideas
  • Like learning how campaigns come together behind the scenes
  • Are open to feedback and keen to grow within a PR environment

Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editing apps is a bonus, but not essential.

What you’ll receive

  • Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced senior PR team
  • Exposure to a wide range of clients, campaigns and media opportunities
  • Hybrid working, with team-wide WFH on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Performance-based incentives and clear progression opportunities
  • Discounts on beauty products and services from agency and partner brands
