We're Fearless Accounting, a Cornwall based practice built for founder led businesses who want more than compliance as usual. We're growing fast and we need someone who wants to grow with us.
This isn't a sit back and coast role. We're looking for someone genuinely motivated to help build something, someone who wants ownership, wants to move quickly, and isn't afraid of a business that's scaling and changing shape as it goes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of founder led SME clients — compliance, management accounts, and proactive tax/advisory work
- Working directly with the Managing Director on client strategy and firm growth
- Helping shape how we do things as we build out systems and automation, not just following a playbook that already exists
What we're looking for:
- ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist
- Comfortable working independently and hybrid — one day a week in our Ruan High Lanes office for team meetings, rest remote
- Genuinely hungry to grow in your career and in helping grow the firm
- Sharp, reliable, and someone who follows through without being chased
