Our client is seeking an ambitious and inspirational Assistant Principal to lead their Business, Creative & Skills for Life. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to shape a diverse and high-impact curriculum offer, driving quality, innovation and growth across provision that changes lives and supports learners into positive futures.
Reporting to the Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a broad faculty portfolio including Creative, Business, Hair & Beauty, Travel & Tourism, Foundation Learning, ESOL and Community Learning. You will lead curriculum development, performance improvement and inclusive practice, while managing Heads of School and the NEET Manager to ensure excellent outcomes for learners, employers and the wider community.
