At our client's College, people and culture are central to its success. They are modernising structures, strengthening leadership and embedding a culture of accountability and performance. As Director of People Strategy & Culture, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, influencing strategic direction and ensuring our client's people strategy underpins every decision.

You will lead workforce transformation, drive culture change and deliver a modern People Strategy aligned with financial sustainability and educational excellence. You will develop leadership capability across the College, act as a trusted advisor at Executive level and lead a high-impact, insight-led People function.
