Our client is seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Assistant Principal – Adult Skills. Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Planning, Partnerships & Projects, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the College’s Adult Skills Online/Flexible Learning provision. The remit includes overseeing delivery, growth and quality of funded adult skills programmes, HE pathways, Level 4–5 provision, short courses, bootcamps and employability initiatives.
You will drive innovation, progression and sector-relevant outcomes, working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external partners to align provision with regional and national skills priorities. Experience of leading flexible, online learning and a proven track record in quality improvement are essential for this post.
