Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Principal to provide strategic and operational leadership for a designated campus, while contributing to the cross-college leadership of curriculum, quality and student outcomes across multiple sites. The Assistant Principal will lead and manage Heads of Curriculum and associated teams, ensuring the delivery of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment and an excellent student experience.

The role requires a visible leadership presence across three campuses, working collaboratively with campus teams and senior leaders to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
