Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join its Principalship Team. This pivotal role will shape and drive the college’s operational strategy, ensuring systems, resources and infrastructure are future-ready, financially sustainable, and capable of supporting exceptional teaching, learning, and student experience.
The COO will provide executive leadership across all non-curricular functions, champion digital transformation, operational excellence, and service innovation, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
