Our client is looking for an experienced leader to drive ongoing development and enhancement in the quality of teaching and learning. This role focuses on fostering a learning-driven culture among tutors and curriculum managers, while also spearheading innovation and research to enhance teaching practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and improving teaching and learning, with a proven track record of positively impacting the quality of provision and student outcomes, ideally within an adult learning environment.
