Our client is seeking an outstanding Head of Adult & Community Learning & Campus Lead to drive the success of their brand-new, £9 million Cradley Heath Skills Campus. This flagship site is a centre for construction, digital, engineering and health & social care, delivering the skills needed for the jobs of today and tomorrow.
You will lead the development, management and growth of adult and community learning, ensuring high-quality teaching, impactful outcomes and strong employer engagement. Working closely with regional partners, you will build programmes that meet industry needs, support the community and open doors to high-level skills and lifelong learning.
You will have proven teaching experience with demonstrable impact, significant leadership experience in Adult Learning and higher-level skills and proven experience in employer and stakeholder engagement.
