Following a period of financial challenge, our client is on a strong recovery journey, forecasting a return to good financial health in 2025-26, with key repayments on track and a renewed focus on sustainable growth.

The college is now seeking a visionary and inspirational Deputy Principal – Finance & Facilities to join its senior leadership team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive strategic development, ensure robust financial oversight and innovate to support its long-term success. You will bring commercial acumen, proven experience in complex publicly funded organisations and the relevant financial qualifications. As a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, you will be a collaborative leader who enjoys developing others and is ready to make a real difference to our client’s diverse communities.
