Our client is a vibrant and dynamic college located in the heart of North West London. This is an exciting time to join them, with their £60m newbuild transforming their estate and their strategic plan already delivering results.
Role: Executive Director of People and Culture, report directly to the Principal and CEO, overseeing Human Resources, organisational development and staff well-being. You will play a key role in embedding their values, supporting staff engagement and delivering strategic initiatives that enable every colleague to thrive.
Qualifications / Experience: Experienced, confident HR professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to equality and safeguarding and the ability to inspire positive change. Applications are welcomed from sectors outside of Further Education.
