Our client is a vibrant and dynamic college located in the heart of North West London. This is an exciting time to join them, with their £60m new build transforming their estate and their strategic plan already delivering results.
Our client is seeking a visionary HR leader to join their executive team. You will report directly to the Principal and CEO, overseeing Human Resources, organisational development and staff well-being. You will play a key role in embedding their values, supporting staff engagement and delivering strategic initiatives that enable every colleague to thrive.
They are looking for an experienced, confident HR professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to equality and safeguarding and the ability to inspire positive change. Applications are welcomed from sectors outside of Further Education.
