Our client is seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Assistant Principal - Adult Skills. Reporting to the Deputy Principal - Planning, Partnerships & Projects, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the College's Adult Skills Online/Flexible Learning provision. The remit includes overseeing delivery, growth and quality of funded adult skills programmes, HE pathways, Level 4-5 provision, short courses, bootcamps and employability initiatives.
You will drive innovation, progression and sector-relevant outcomes, working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external partners to align provision with regional and national skills priorities. Experience of leading flexible, online learning and a proven track record in quality improvement are essential for this post.
