Chief People Officer

As a newly united organisation, our client is bringing together the best of two colleges to create an even stronger learning experience, with enhanced resources, a broader range of courses and industry-standard facilities spread across two beautiful campuses. With their combined expertise and resources, our client is now one of the most dynamic and versatile further education providers in their region. They are a strong, responsive and ambitious organisation with the goal of equipping their learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to excel in their chosen fields and navigate the ever-evolving world of work.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief People Officer to join their SLT. This senior role will lead change and transformation to achieve the College’s strategic aims and objectives, delivering on their aspiration of making them a great place to work. The successful candidate will ensure that all people-related activities are aligned to foster a strong and coherent culture based on their values.
