Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join its Principalship Team. This pivotal role will shape and drive the college’s operational strategy, ensuring systems, resources and infrastructure are future‑ready, financially sustainable, and capable of supporting exceptional teaching, learning, and student experience. The COO will provide executive leadership across all non‑curricular functions, champion digital transformation, operational excellence, and service innovation, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
