Job Description
Assistant Principal (Partnerships, Progression and Marketing)
Salary: £63,003 to £70,212 per annum (incl. London weighting and dependent upon experience)
Our client is a highly successful and popular Catholic Sixth Form located on three sites in South East London. They specialise in meeting the needs of Sixth Form students and have an established track record of excellent examinations success. They have strong financial health and in 2023 were graded as a ‘Good with Outstanding features’ by Ofsted.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will spearhead their work with schools, employers, universities and alumni – forging impactful partnerships that open doors for student progression. You’ll lead a dedicated marketing and careers team to deliver aspirational campaigns, build our client’s external profile and guide students toward successful futures.
We are looking for a values-driven professional with a strong understanding of Sixth Form education, proven leadership experience and a passion for building strategic networks. You will play a central role in enhancing our client’s Catholic mission and reputation, while ensuring every learner is supported to flourish.
