Key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager:
Implement and manage D2C/DTC paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns
Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.
Responsible for optimisation of all paid social and other paid media channels
Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns
Drive and integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets
Requirements of the Performance Marketing Manager:
Minimum of 2-4 years experience in paid social, paid media and performance marketing
Specialism in Google Ads and Meta/Facebook - D2C/DTC experience is essential
Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills
Have previously worked in a busy start-up/scale-up environment
Able to work with in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
