Key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Manager:- Implement and manage D2C/DTC paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns
- Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.
- Responsible for optimisation of all paid social and other paid media channels
- Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns
- Drive an integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in paid social, paid media and performance marketing
- Specialism in Google Ads and Meta/Facebook - D2C/DTC experience is essential
- Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills
- Have previously worked in a busy start-up/scale-up environment
- Able to work in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
