Key responsibilities of the Paid Social Manager:

  • Implement and manage D2C/DTC paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns
  • Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.
  • Responsible for optimisation of all paid social and other paid media channels
  • Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns
  • Drive an integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets

Requirements of the Paid Social Manager:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in paid social, paid media and performance marketing
  • Specialism in Google Ads and Meta/Facebook - D2C/DTC experience is essential
  • Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills
  • Have previously worked in a busy start-up/scale-up environment
  • Able to work in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
