Job Title: Lecturer in Maths

Salary: £31,520 – £38,786

Location: Huddersfield

Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks per year

You\’ll prominently be based at our Waterfront site and your focus will be on delivering curriculum, using a range of digital resources, to ensure our learners receive a high quality and relevant learning experience.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering high quality lessons across the department, managing the organisation of courses, completing administrative tasks as required, and monitoring and assessing learners in line with quality standards internal and external.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high quality lessons across the department.
  • Manage the organisation of your courses and complete administrative tasks as required.
  • Monitor and assess learners in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.

Qualifications

  • Ideally a degree in a relevant subject (or proven equivalent ability).
  • Demonstrable experience in working with young people.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to engage with learners.
  • Ability to work in a team and reflect college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
