Kingsway Community Trust are looking to appoint a hardworking and suitably qualified professional to join our team in supporting the Trust to achieve its long-term strategic plan. The Trust is led and managed by one Executive Headteacher and one Trust Board. The Board of Trustees oversees and monitors the work of the Trust’s schools via its Executive Leadership team and the school’s local governing committees.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated with proven skills and experience in financial management and a strong commitment to teamwork. They will have a proven ability to manage a diverse range of school support services, including administration, catering, site and facilities, lettings and health and safety.
The Director of Finance and Operations will:
- Lead the further development of specified areas of innovation across the Trust.
- Play a key role in strategic leadership – contributing to leadership, management, development and governance across the Trust.
- Work in partnership with the Executive Headteacher and School Business Managers in ensuring that procedures and outcomes are robust and opportunities are maximised.
- Take overall responsibility for the management of facilities and finance.
