Location: Hull
Salary: £18,493.18 per annum
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

  • Train, assess, and mentor learners in adult social care, ensuring they excel in their roles and meet the standards set by awarding bodies.

  • Make a lasting impact by embedding enrichment activities, Functional Skills, and career advice into the learning experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 5 Leadership qualification in Adult Care, and a passion for coaching and development.
  • Experience in assessing and mentoring learners in vocational fields, preferably within social care.
  • A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering quality learning experiences for all learners.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and a forward-thinking attitude to promote digital skills.
