Are you highly organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service? Join our Student Information Services team as an Administrator (Exams) and play a key role in supporting learners across their educational journey.
This varied and rewarding role involves working closely with curriculum teams and internal departments to ensure the smooth running of exams and student data processes. You\’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, helping to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service.
This role is part time, working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (8:30am to 5:00pm) and Friday (8:30am to 4:00pm)
Actual salary: £19500.25 – £20,037.77 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Administer exams processes including registrations, entries, certification, and secure handling of materials
- Maintain accurate student records from enrolment through to achievement
- Support timetabling and course setup within the student information system
- Provide high‑quality customer service to students and staff across all sites
- Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of data processes
Essential Criteria
- Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience), with willingness to work towards Level 3
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
- Recent experience in a student data‑related or similar administrative role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
