If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we would love to hear from you.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Oracle System Configuration & Management: Perform end‑to‑end configuration of Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, PBCS, FDI) including workflows, approval hierarchies, roles, flex fields, and user‑defined reports. Translate business needs into practical Oracle configuration changes and ensure alignment with global system design and business processes. Maintain a central configuration log and version history, ensuring full traceability of system changes.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a 2nd/3rd line technical escalation point for complex system issues raised by users or support colleagues. Analyse root causes using tools like SQL Developer, OTBI, diagnostic logs, and interface monitoring dashboards. Resolve service interruptions or data issues swiftly, ensuring minimal business impact. Review technical solutions proposed by the supplier and articulate business impact related to the solution.
- Patch & Release Management: Coordinate and test Oracle quarterly patches, ensuring business continuity and zero‑defect delivery. Maintain a release calendar and communicate clearly with stakeholders about patch content, potential disruptions, and mitigations. Document release test scripts and outcomes and ensure rollback plans are always in place.
