We’re looking for a proactive, technical and results-driven candidate to deliver FE Tech customer projects focused on AI, learning technology and digital transformation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and execution. You’ll work directly with customers to identify challenges, shape solutions, and support adoption of off-the-shelf tools - with light-touch configuration and delivery management.
What you’ll do
- Discovery & Strategy
- Working with customers across multiple sectors to understand business, operational and learning challenges
- Analysing complex data, insights and identifying where AI, automation and learning technology can deliver measurable value
- Translating challenges into clear, realistic digital and AI-enabled solutions
- Designing practical roadmaps that balance ambition with delivery
- Solution Design & Light-Touch Execution
- Selecting and implementing off-the-shelf AI, automation and learning technology products
- Configuring platforms, workflows and integrations at a light-touch level (no heavy engineering required)
- Supporting proofs-of-concept, pilots and early-stage deployments
- Knowing when to execute directly and when to involve specialist partners
- Technology Integration & Ecosystems
- Supporting customers operating within Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Apple environments
- Understanding identity, access, onboarding and system management at a practical level
- Helping customers integrate AI and learning tools into existing digital ecosystems
- Acting as the bridge between business goals, technology capability and end users
- Customer Engagement & Delivery
- Acting as a trusted, outward-facing consultant for FE Tech customers
- Managing customer relationships through the full lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery and optimisation
- Working closely with AI, edtech and digital learning partners
- Supporting change management, adoption and user confidence
- Comfortable facilitating customer enablement/training sessions covering technical and AI-related topics
- Insight & Growth
- Staying up to date with AI, learning technology and digital transformation trends across sectors
- Sharing insights and best practice with customers and the wider FE Tech community
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of FE Tech as a trusted AI and digital transformation partner
