Launch your career in fintech! We are looking for two ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Programme, commencing on September 1st. This two-year programme is designed to give you broad exposure across a range of teams, departments and business functions, helping you build the skills, confidence and commercial understanding needed to shape a successful career in the fintech sector.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, and during the programme you will be required to work from both our London (Soho) and Woking offices, depending on your rotation.

About The Programme

Our Graduate Programme is structured around four six-month placements, allowing you to experience different knowledge centres across the business. Each placement is designed to broaden your understanding of how a fast-paced, innovative fintech organisation operates, while helping you identify where your strengths, interests and future career ambitions lie. Throughout the programme, you will gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills and work alongside knowledgeable colleagues across a variety of specialist areas. Previous graduates have gone on to build successful careers in areas including data, marketing, commercial, investment and other key business functions.
