Shape long-term strategic partnerships and drive sustained revenue growth across a key client portfolio in a role where relationship depth and commercial impact go hand in hand. You will play a central role in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value client and partner relationships across the investment industry. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and collaborating with Sales and Marketing, you will focus on building trusted relationships, understanding client goals and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value. You will have the opportunity to combine commercial thinking with relationship management, influencing both client success and business growth while contributing to strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client and partner accounts, ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans that drive commercial outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
  • Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to align solutions with client needs.
  • Monitoring account performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and using Salesforce to track activity and drive actions.
