Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

  • Driving pipeline, bookings, and attaining targets through programmatic execution against the GTM plan, executing on cross-sell and new name sales plays.
  • Collaborating with marketing and a dedicated BDR team to drive demand.
  • Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for clients.
  • Bringing the voice of the customer into the product roadmap by partnering with product teams.
  • Adhering to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:

  • You must have strong market knowledge of the European Cross-Border Asset Management environment and competitive landscape.
  • You will need a deep understanding of Third-Party Management Companies and/or Fund Administrators, from a perspective of servicing Asset Managers.
  • You should have a proven track record in Solution Sales (SaaS technology).
  • You will have a consistent track record in a quota-bearing sales environment with demonstrated ability to hit or achieve targets.
  • You will need strong knowledge of CRM systems and using them to manage your pipeline (preferably Salesforce).
  • You should have strong presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • German or French speaking is beneficial.
