This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a well-established demand generation function with strong existing foundations, enabling you to focus on driving measurable impact from day one. You will lead both a critical business segment and a cross-functional Digital Centre of Excellence, giving you exposure to senior stakeholders and influence across multiple lines of business. With clear commercial targets, proven channels, and an experienced team already in place, this role offers the chance to make a tangible contribution while sharpening your leadership, strategic thinking, and full-funnel marketing expertise.
Please note: This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your key responsibilities as a Senior Demand Generation Manager will include:
- Own marketing-aligned pipeline and bookings targets for the Data Insights / Wealth Management segment, including forecasting and performance tracking.
- Drive and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes across paid media, AEO, webinars, email nurtures, events, and partnerships.
- Lead the Digital Centre of Excellence, establishing best practices and standards across all marketing channels and business segments.
- Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure strong lead handoff, pipeline quality, and conversion performance.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, including CMO-level presentations.
- Manage and develop a small team while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing Operations, and external vendors.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Demand Generation Manager:
- You will have 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with direct ownership of pipeline or revenue targets within a SaaS, fintech, or similar environment.
- You will have proven experience managing and developing teams, supporting both specialists and generalists to deliver strong performance.
- You will demonstrate expertise across multi-channel demand generation including paid, organic/AEO, email, webinars, events, and outbound collaboration.
- You will have experience with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Profound and Clay.
- You will be commercially focused, with the ability to translate marketing activity into pipeline and bookings performance and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
