Our Commercial function is the external face of FE fundinfo. Our sales, account management, ecosystem and client success teams comprise passionate, action-orientated individuals with domain expertise who partner with our clients to navigate industry trends and deliver on their business needs and strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with a portfolio of accounts, targeted to grow the accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Delivering online demonstrations of the suite of solutions FE fundinfo provides to the adviser community.
• Managing and re-negotiating contract renewals on an ongoing basis.
• Building in-depth knowledge of our clients' businesses, requirements, and priorities to ensure the highest level of service and maximise all potential opportunities.
• Managing a pipeline and always working towards increasing that pipeline by prospecting and canvassing for new opportunities within your portfolio.
• Building relationships with key industry figures to drive more interest in our product range.

You will need the following experience and skills:

• A proven track record of selling technology or data solutions, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Experience in a technology-focused environment.
• Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.
• An excellent telephone manner, a positive outlook, and great telephone sales ability.
• The ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
