Take ownership of client implementations from day one and grow your expertise across a global investment data platform. As an Implementation Consultant at FE fundinfo, you will be the key point of contact for clients onboarding onto our Fundipedia platform, guiding them through the full implementation process with confidence and precision. You will work with data, people and technology in equal measure, developing technical and client‑facing skills that are highly valued across financial services. This role is based on a hybrid model, with 2 days per week at our Woking office. With a supportive team, sponsored learning and real opportunities to take on more complex projects over time, this is a genuine launchpad for a long‑term career in investment data and technology.

Your key responsibilities as an Implementation Consultant will include:

  • Leading client onboarding projects onto the Fundipedia platform, ensuring data is correctly loaded, validated and configured to meet each client's requirements.
  • Analysing large data sets with a high degree of accuracy to support quality assurance and data validation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, communicating progress clearly and capturing requirements that inform the implementation approach.
  • Working closely with a graduate implementation associate on each project, providing guidance to ensure tasks are completed to schedule.
  • Delivering client training sessions and supporting system demonstrations to enable a smooth transition to business as usual.
  • Collaborating with internal product and customer success teams to share client feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of the platform.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Implementation Consultant:

  • You will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a client‑facing delivery, implementation or project management role.
  • You will be comfortable working with data, with a background in data management, quality assurance or business analysis.
  • You will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with software platforms in a professional environment.
  • You will bring excellent communication skills, with the ability to capture client requirements and explain processes clearly to stakeholders at varying levels.
  • You will be well organised, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in technology and the investment data industry.
