Be the first dedicated UX hire shaping how financial advisers and wealth managers interact with next-generation investment technology. This role offers a rare opportunity to build design foundations from the ground up within a growing UK Wealth product team. You will lead user research, influence product direction, and create impactful design solutions that directly support financial professionals and their clients. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and global UX teams, you will gain exposure to AI-driven innovation, contribute to a flagship platform, and play a key role in defining how user-centred design scales across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities as a Product Designer will include:

  • Leading user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and discovery sessions with IFAs and wealth managers
  • Translating research insights into actionable design decisions that inform product strategy
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to test and communicate solutions
  • Designing intuitive user interfaces aligned with business needs and technical constraints
  • Building and maintaining design systems, components, and standards for consistency across products
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and global UX teams to deliver user-focused solutions

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Product Designer:

  • You will have experience in UX research, UX design, or a hybrid role combining both disciplines
  • You will be confident conducting user research and synthesising findings into clear insights
  • You will have strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • You will be able to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design intent
