Stanmore College is seeking a visionary HR leader to join our executive team. As Executive Director of People and Culture, you will report directly to the Principal and CEO, overseeing Human Resources, organisational development and staff well-being. You will play a key role in embedding our values, supporting staff engagement and delivering strategic initiatives that enable every colleague to thrive.

We are looking for an experienced, confident HR professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to equality and safeguarding and the ability to inspire positive change.
