We are seeking a Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality Improvement to provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of teaching, learning and assessment across the College. The postholder will lead quality assurance and improvement frameworks, drive enhancements in teaching practice, curriculum delivery and learner experience, and ensure the College is fully prepared for inspection and external scrutiny.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with significant experience in post-16 education, who has a proven track record of driving quality improvement and enhancing teaching, learning and student outcomes. You will possess strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and support senior leaders and curriculum teams.
