We're looking for experienced property lawyers — residential and/or commercial, private and/or public sector — to join us as consultants. This is a client-led model: you bring or build your own caseload, and we provide the infrastructure, accreditations, and support to let you focus on fee-earning. Infrastructure & Support Immediate access to lender panels and firm accreditations Cloud-based CMS and electronic AML/case-handling systems Dedicated concierge team covering operational, legal, and training support Nationwide office access, meeting rooms, and up to 100 days' hot-desking Solid grounding in residential and/or commercial property law Why This Consultancy Unlike many consultancy models in the market, there's no PQE threshold to meet — we assess consultants on their ability to originate and retain work, not years qualified.
