Are you a property law professional looking to take control of your career? We're recruiting Solicitors, FCILEx members, and Licensed Conveyancers to join our consultancy on a self-employed basis, with the freedom to build and manage your own client base while keeping the majority of what you bill.

No minimum PQE is required. What matters most is your ability to win and retain clients.

The Role

  • Handle your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters (private and/or public sector)
  • Set your own fees, hours, and workload
  • Work remotely, supported by market-leading cloud-based case management and e-systems
  • Build your practice with the backing of an established consultancy infrastructure

What You'll Earn

  • Keep up to 75% of your billings
  • Guaranteed minimum split of 70%

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer

  • Comfortable working autonomously as a self-employed consultant
  • Individuals and existing teams are both welcome to apply
