A well-respected Financial Services organisation is seeking a Lead Project Manager to work in Business Change. In this key role, you will be leading and managing a team of 6 Project Managers and will be responsible for managing the delivery of change across the business to align with the overall organisational strategy. Used to working with and engaging C level stakeholders, you will work across the business delivering change initiatives.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Team leadership and team development (including managing performance, training, etc).
- Strategic planning and alignment.
- Project and Programme Management.
- Work using the Value Stream Approach.
- Resource Management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Risk management.
Experience Required:
- Direct people management including transformation, development, performance monitoring, etc.
- Proven project and programme management in a regulated environment.
- Strong Financial Services - ideally Mortgages.
- Strong experience delivering change and transformation programmes.
- Ability to establish frameworks and project/programme level audit.
- Strong hands-on project and programme management.
In this role, you will be leading a change function to deliver outcomes and benefits aligned to the strategic goals. This will involve leading others, delivering projects and managing stakeholders.
