Software Project Manager, CRM, Reading, Berkshire.
Software Product company based in Reading are looking for a Software Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering end to end projects to external clients. The successful candidate could have come from a development background or operations background however their recent experience and knowledge must be the delivery of software projects to external customers. This is a great chance to work with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a range of ERP/ CRM projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- End to end delivery of client implementation projects.
- Manage project from scope through to delivery.
- Work with multiple internal and external stakeholder to ensure timely delivery.
- Early identification of possible blockers and resolve or escalation as appropriate.
- Deliver projects on time, to budget and to customer satisfaction.
To be considered you will have
- Previous experience working on software implementation projects.
- Experience working with external customers.
- Good stakeholder management experience.
- Broad technical skills covering software and implementation (not infrastructure).
- SaaS experience.
- A willingness to go into the office and to client site.
