Salary: Β£60,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:
- Extensive IAM experience, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms
- Experience with logging and monitoring solutions
- Technical skills including SQL, incident management, DataDog or similar tools, and cloud environments
- Stakeholder management experience across Technology, Risk, Audit, and Control
- Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams when required
- Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk in support of governance
- Ability to use research outcomes and insights to inform problem-solving, decision-making, and roadmap development
- Financial Services knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Further develop and implement our IAM policies, processes, technologies, and standards
- Shape, maintain, and enhance our IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance
- Define and lead our IAM roadmap
- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions
- Develop and maintain governance documentation
- Execute IAM audits
- Investigate IAM-related security events and implement corrective actions
- Identify new and emerging technologies
