Key Responsibilities

  • As an Account Manager you will be responsible both for the ongoing development of our client base but also investigating and validating new clients.
  • You will liaise with senior stakeholders to explore their needs and shape solutions that play to FDM's core strengths.
  • Account management and development - you will be expected to own your business desk and strategically develop your accounts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of your business domain (banking, finance, insurance, fin tech, public sector and others) and leverage this knowledge to develop and expand your accounts.
  • Have a clear focus on growth and increased client engagement.
  • Take part in business sector specific events to expand your network.
  • Own and report on sales pipeline using FDM’s CRM (Salesforce).
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop bespoke solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally with recruitment, training, and delivery teams to build robust solutions.
  • Achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs.

About You

  • The ideal candidate will be a strong, natural communicator with a passion for driving business growth and account development.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development servicing enterprise businesses.
  • Demonstrable background in account development and business growth.
  • Be able to evidence growth and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable working in a target and data-led environment.
  • Desirable: Experience in technology, consulting, or workforce solutions.
  • Exposure to enterprise clients (e.g. banking, financial services, public sector).

This role would suit an individual with experience in account management that wants to work with some of the biggest, tier-1, enterprise clients across the finance, AI, fin-crime, insurance, public-sector and technology sectors.
