FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Power Platform Developer to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to extend and will be carried out remotely with occasional office visits to Bristol.
Our client is seeking a Power Platform Developer with at least 5 yearsβ experience to design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions based on established patterns and best practices. You will work with development teams as well as directly with customers. The role involves driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and providing technical advice to team members. This position supports the client by working on the Digital Backlog, focusing on migrating existing InfoPath applications and creating new workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of existing InfoPath applications to Power Automate workflows.
- Ensure a seamless transition while maintaining functionality and data integrity.
- Create efficient workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement automation solutions.
- Review Power Automate workflows for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to upskill team members in Power Automate workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to team members.
- Work closely with the client on-site in Bristol for at least 2 days a week.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
