FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Team Lead (Agile) to work for our client within the Insurance / Financial Services sector. This is a 2‑month contract with strong potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.
Our client is undertaking a major enterprise-wide change initiative to design and implement a standardised change framework, governance model, and operating structure.
Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of analysts (Service Designer + Junior BAs) to deliver project outputs.
- Analyse, document, and validate business processes, workflows, and decision points.
- Elicit, refine, and translate requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Produce requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and detailed process maps.
- Support development of governance models, reporting standards, and operating procedures.
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise‑level change environments.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
- Strong background in Agile delivery.
- Proficient in process mapping, requirements documentation, and structured analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
