About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Project Manager or Change Business Analyst to work for our client within the Finance sector. This is initially a 9-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.

Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager or Change Business Analyst with experience working in a financial crime environment. Candidates must have experience delivering change at execution plans that require capacity, as well as the ability to operate within a global compliance program focused on financial crime. You will work collaboratively as part of a team but also need the capability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.

Candidates should have experience with several of the following:

  • Addressing Risk Framework Workstream
  • Scoping, defining, designing Target Operating Model (TOM), and deliverables
  • Data AFC
  • System Implementation

Responsibilities

  • Programme delivery as Project Manager and/or Change Business Analyst
  • Supporting Programme Management with artifacts and documentation
  • Developing implementation plans and supporting their execution across the end-to-end journey
  • Developing and implementing the future Operating Model (Policy, Procedures, Controls, MI/Reporting, Monitoring, and Testing)
  • Providing subject matter expertise on financial crime threats, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders and as required

About You

Requirements

  • Subject matter expertise in financial crime risks
  • Experience delivering end-to-end system implementations
  • Strong knowledge of compliance processes within a regulated financial services environment
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels, recognizing disparities in understanding financial crime risk management
  • Capability to influence senior stakeholders on policy and risk appetite in a culturally complex organization
  • Attention to detail and adherence to governance processes
  • Decisive and solution-oriented approach
