Finance Graduate Programme

The FDM Finance Graduate Programme offers the study support, training, and experience needed to become a Chartered Certified Accountant while working in a dynamic business environment.

You will participate in a 3-year rotation scheme across different roles within the internal finance department. These rotations will help you develop the technical expertise and business experience required to achieve ACCA qualification.

You will gain exposure to various areas of the business and its stakeholders. The FDM Finance Graduate Programme is an excellent platform to accelerate your career in finance.

About You

You should be driven, enthusiastic, and committed. As you move through different finance departments, you need to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to balance studying and a full-time role.

Minimum requirements:

• 2:1 Bachelor\’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or another numerical subject
• Aspiring to become an ACCA qualified accountant and work in a finance role
• A proven academic record, potential for excellence, and a desire to excel beyond expectations
