We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Wetroom Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing wetrooms, including plumbing, tiling, waterproofing, and general building work. This role requires a professional with a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality wetroom installations in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install complete wetroom systems, including waterproofing, drainage, and tiling.
  • Carry out first and second-fix plumbing, including fitting showers, taps, and sanitaryware.
  • Ensure correct preparation of surfaces and application of waterproof membranes.
  • Undertake tiling work, including cutting, grouting, and sealing.
  • Carry out carpentry tasks, such as fitting shower trays, partitioning, and boxing-in pipework.
  • Perform plastering and rendering as required for a seamless finish.
  • Conduct fault-finding and problem-solving on-site to ensure a high standard of work.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and industry best practices at all times.
  • Work with project managers and clients to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and materials in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wetroom installations, plumbing, tiling, and waterproofing.
  • Knowledge of wetroom drainage systems and tanking methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, Tiling, or relevant trade (preferred but not essential).
  • CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with power tools and hand tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
