The Senior Content Designer role focuses on improving the clarity, usability, and quality of content across FDJ United’s 9 brands, working closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, and stakeholders to shape better end-to-end customer journeys. The role includes writing, editing, testing, and improving content, using insight and research to identify opportunities, and creating clear microcopy that supports user needs and business goals.

The role also carries responsibility for guiding and mentoring other Content Designers, supporting crits, workshops, collaborative design practices, research activities, and the continued development of content design tools, processes, and ways of working. It is a permanent, full-time role based in Stockholm, with possible standby duty and international travel.

Your main responsibilities are to guide and mentor your fellow content designers in their content activities, such as running crits, workshops and collaborative design practices. You will provide input into, and run, user research activities and user testing experiments.

  • Making the content across our 9 brands and products easier to use and more engaging for the customer.
  • Organising and coordinating insight and data gathering to support team priorities.
  • Contributing to the creation of the Content Design team’s tools, processes and ways of working.
  • Working with Product Designers to improve user journeys and create frictionless microcopy that inspires action.
  • Actively advocate for content design on design projects, making sure end-to-end journeys meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Using research techniques to quickly identify what is working in our journeys and opportunities to improve them.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and bring them on board while advocating the value of user-centred design.
  • You’ll work with UX Researchers to identify gaps in user understanding and make content recommendations to resolve them.
  • This includes creating journey maps, working in Figma and doing content research activities.

The job may include standby duty and international travel. Standard hours: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week, normally 8 hours per day. Form of employment: Permanent employment starting with an initial probation period of six months.
